Manchester United fans have been reacting to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team selection for their first game back at Old Trafford since the Premier League’s restart.
United take on Sheffield United as they look to increase the gap between themselves and Chris Wilder’s men in the race for Champions League football next season.
Solskjaer made three changes from the 1-1 draw with Tottenham on Friday, with Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood coming into United's starting lineup. The trio replace Fred, Daniel James and Scott McTominay in the XI.
Much has been made about the potential partnership between Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba in midfield, with some good early signs shown in the closing stages of the game against Tottenham.
Following the announcement of the team, fans took to social media to give their initial reaction, with many saying the team Solskjaer has selected is the best XI available to him.
United can open up a five-point gap over Sheffield United with a win, which could prove to be crucial come the end of season.
A win would also move United to within two points of fourth-place Chelsea and six points to third-placed Leicester City. Chelsea host Manchester City on Thursday.
