We all have that one embarrassing moment in ours lives that still brings us physical pain when it pops back into our heads.
For one man, that moment came recently when he wore trousers he describes as 'a little tight' to work - changing his relationship with his manager Kelly irreversbily.
He messaged the story to his dad - because a problem shared is a problem halved - who then did his part to spread the responsibility by sharing it with thousands of strangers on Twitter .
Explaining he was given permission to share a series of screenshots from their message exchange, user @flyaway_k wrote: "Omg I thought I was having a day, this just happened to my son at work.
"I gotta get him on Twitter, he f***ing slays me. I don't know where he gets it from."
After his son Zack sent the message 'I had THE most embarrassing thing in my whole f***ing life happen to me today', his dad, like us, was desperate to know more.
And then it began. Zack says: Okay so I have these nice black slacks (trousers for those who don't speak American) that are a little tight but they fit me nice.
"Anyways I was knealt down picking up some soup bowls today and they literally exploded off of my body.
"It's laundry day. I was commando.
"Long story short, my manager who was putting soup bowls away literally saw my a**hole."
Leaving his dad unable to breathe, he continued: "I had to drive back to my house and change pants and then GO BACK."
As his dad recovered enough to clarify if the trousers had split, his son replied: "Dad they f***ing exploded.
"They were literally a**less chaps when I got home. Everybody at least saw cheek.
"Kelly though. Kelly looked inside of me."
The story deservedly racked up thousands of likes as others couldn't control their laughter.
One replied: "It hurts to laugh this hard!"
Another said: "Holy s***I just p***ed myself reading this. Poor Zack."
A third wrote: "Omg well at least the most embarrassing thing ever in his life happened early, get it over with."
