Manchester United head into a must-win fixture against Liverpool this Sunday with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer lacking a number of key players.
Paul Pogba has lost his battle to be fit and will miss the Old Trafford clash, while Solskjaer has also effectively ruled out David de Gea after the goalkeeper was injured on international duty.
Pogba suffered a setback during his rehabilitation from an ankle injury, with Solskjaer telling Sky Sports on Wednesday: "Paul had an injury, he came back, he worked really hard. He came back and played a couple of games, maybe played through the pain barrier.
"He had a scan after the Arsenal game and maybe needed a few weeks' rest in a boot so hopefully he won't be too long, but he won't make this game, no."

Pogba's continued absence leaves United short of both quality and numbers in midfield, with Solskjaer likely to opt for Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matic as a two-man holding partnership.
Fred is another option, but has not fully won the trust of Solskjaer and is unlikely to be thrown in at the deep end against England, and Europe's, in-form team.
Solskjaer is also likely to be without his number one goalkeeper as De Gea limped out of Spain's Euro 2020 qualifier against Sweden on Tuesday - an injury which may frustrate United given that De Gea tried to play through the pain.

"I think he'll be out. It certainly looked like it anyway judging on last night so it's just one of those things," Solskjaer said of De Gea, meaning Sergio Romero will almost certainly start despite playing just one Premier League game since the start of the 2017-18 season.
There is better news for Solskjaer with Anthony Martial and Aaron Wan-Bissaka on the comeback trail, though the manager has already hinted that neither will necessarily start and may only have 30 minutes or so to give United on Sunday.

"I can't tell you 100 per cent [who] is going to be fit as something might happen - but hopefully Aaron and Anthony will last the training this week and be available for selection.
"If it's for half a game or 30 minutes I don't know, but let's see where they're at."
With Solskjaer lacking strong options at full-back, Wan-Bissaka would be the more likely of the two to be risked - but United cannot afford any more injury setbacks at the moment.
That could see the likes of Ashley Young, Andreas Pereira and Juan Mata all starting before Solskjaer introduces the likes of Wan-Bissaka, Martial and Mason Greenwood on the hour-mark.
Man Utd possible lineup (4-2-3-1): Sergio Romero; Ashley Young, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, Luke Shaw; Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic; Andreas Pereira, Juan Mata, Daniel James; Marcus Rashford
