Man threatened Bath Bus Company driver and grabbed hold of steering wheel

A man got on a Bath Bus Company Bus, threatened the driver and grabbed hold of the steering wheel, causing the double decker to swerve into the road a number of times.

The incident involved the bus and another vehicle on August 6 last year.

The man got out of his vehicle, which is believed to belong to a scaffolding company, before getting on the bus and then grabbing the wheel.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary are today (March 4, 2020) appealing for the public's help to try to trace the man, whose actions put the bus passengers lives at risk.

There were passengers on board the Bath Bus Company service when the incident happened on Bath Road in Bristol, near to West Town Lane, between 8am to 1pm.
