A man has suffered leg injuries after a serious assault by a number of masked men in Donaghadee.
Police say they received reports at 11pm last night, that a man in his 20s had been seriously assaulted in an alley in the Beechfield Drive area.
It is understood that four masked men dressed in dark clothing carried out the attack with weapons before fleeing the area on foot.

The victim suffered serious injuries to his legs and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police are asking anyone with any information regarding the incident to contact them.
Detective Sergeant Shivers said: "Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and has any information, including dash-cam or other footage, to contact police on 101 quoting reference 2296 of 6/6/22.
