A 27-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday in Lawndale on the West Side.
The man was arguing with someone about 6:20 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Komensky Avenue when he was shot in the chest and pelvis, Chicago police said. He was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified the man as Martin Coleman, of Lawndale. Autopsy results Monday found he died from his gunshot wounds and ruled his death a homicide.
