Man's body discovered in Arbroath as police tape off streets

A man's body has been found in Angus.

Officers taped off Newbigging Drive, Spitalfield Place and nearby West Way main road in Arbroath after the alarm was raised at 6pm on Wednesday night.

Images show a police tent while a number of officers patrol the area.

Police sources say the body was discovered near an underpass which leads pedestrians below the West Way main road.
