Man missing for over a week from Scottish Highlands home

A man has been missing for over a week from his home the Scottish Highlands as police appeal for information to help trace him.

Mark Young, 42, was last seen in Nairn, near Inverness, on the morning of Wednesday November 3, according to Police Scotland.

He is believed to have boarded a train at Inverness train station which departed at 5.27pm that evening.

Mark is thought to have travelled to Perth where the train arrived at 7.36pm. However, it is unknown whether he disembarked there.

The 42-year-old has been described as 5ft 10 ins in height, of a slim build with short black hair, facial stubble and green eyes.

It is not known what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

Anyone with information relating to this is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 3754 of Wednesday November 3.
