Man invites woman home from bar before she drugs him and steals $600,000 Rolex collection

A man met a woman in a bar and invited her back to his apartment before she drugged him with a laced drink and swiped his $600,000 Rolex collection.

Police are investigating the reported theft at the man's home after, according to the victim, he had met a woman at the Dirty Rabbit bar and dance club earlier that night.

They returned to his apartment and shared a drink. Shortly after consuming a few sips, he said he fell asleep.

When he woke up around noon, he claims he discovered his safe open and his jewelry missing.

He added that the woman had vanished as well. Among the stolen items were a Rolex Daytona Rainbow watch, a Sky-Dweller Rolex, a gold chain, Franco gold bracelets, Cartier sunglasses, and a rose gold diamond ring, he alleges.

Surveillance footage captured the suspect's arrival with the victim, to the apartment on the 800 block of Northeast First Avenue, Miami, US, after having met her in the bar in Wynwood, and her subsequent departure.

She is described as a woman in her mid-30s, standing between 5 feet, 8 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, and having long black hair.

The woman allegedly made off with $600K in jewelry after drugging a man she met in Miami, according to cops (Miami PD/Twitter)

Miami Police Officer Michael Vega said: “We noticed that she has two Solo cups in her hands, so she took hers, so we don’t get DNA from that cup, and she takes the one she served him, so that we don’t see what she put in that drink to drug him.

"We suspect that she’s done it before.”

Officer Vega issued a warning to the late-night party crowd, advising against taking strangers home.

The police are actively investigating the incident and urge anyone with information or knowledge of the suspect's identity to come forward.

If you have any information about this theft or the suspect's whereabouts, please call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can remain anonymous, and there is a potential reward of up to $5,000.
