A man has claimed a delivery driver launched his parcel over two fences before using a mid-air snap as proof of delivery.
Phil Hollingsworth, 52, a staff member for Warwickshire Police, was not at home when his parcel from the Perfume Shop arrived.
But he was stunned to see how it had been delivered when he received a confirmation email from Hermes (now Evri).
As when he checked the 'proof of delivery' photo, he saw a snap of the airborne parcel flying over a fence.
Phil shared his shock alongside the hilarious snap on Twitter in a throwback to the moment, which happened in 2020.

He captioned the image: "I fondly remember my Perfume Shop delivery being 'delivered' in this helpful shot. This is not fake btw. Travelled over two fences to get to my rear garden.
"Kudos to the delivery driver for 1. A decent aim. 2. Getting a photo immediately after he threw it."
The post garnered more than 3,600 likes and left viewers in hysterics.
One person replied: "This wins for the best delivery photo I have ever seen."
And another said: "That's a pretty epic throw! The kudos is well deserved!"
Phil revealed that he initially thought the photo was of a bird.
"I told the lads in the office and they laughed at it, thinking the same as me – it must be a joke," he remembered.
But when he got home he decided to check his fenced mid-terrace garden. "Hey presto the parcel was lying in the back garden!" said Phil.
While at first, he was "miffed", he contacted the Perfume Shop, and he was offered money off his next shop.
And with the contents of his parcel intact, the shopper started to see the funny side of things.
"I quickly saw the funny side of it and realised that the delivery driver must have had some pretty good throwing skills to throw the parcel over my neighbour's fenced-in garden, which is at least a good 20-30 feet, to get it into mine," he said.
Phil did not contract Hermes, now Evri, at the time regarding his delivery, but The Mirror has reached out for comment.
A spokesperson for The Perfume Shop said: "We’re very sorry to hear of this customer’s delivery experience, which is not of the level of service we expect from our delivery partners at The Perfume Shop. We have previously been made aware of similar incidents to this regarding our customer deliveries and since this particular case was reported we have ceased to use Hermes for deliveries, now partnering with Royal Mail."
