Man found shot dead inside parked vehicle in Roseland alley: police

A man was found shot to death Thursday inside a vehicle in Roseland on the South Side, police said.
A neighbor noticed a vehicle had been parked in his alley for a few hours in the 9900 block of South State Street and found a man shot inside, Chicago police said.
Officers were called about 12:15 p.m. and found a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the back of his head, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details on the death.
