A 23-year-old man was fatally shot Sunday in Garfield Park on the West Side.
He was found unresponsive about 11:04 p.m. in the 4500 block of West Fulton Avenue with gunshot wounds to the hip, Chicago police said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office hasn’t released details about his death.
Investigators found the man’s vehicle, which had crashed into two parked cars, in the 4500 block of West Maypole Avenue, police said.
Details about the shooting remain unknown as investigators have been unable to locate any witnesses, police said. Area Four detectives are investigating.
