People were left saddened after a driver died when three lorries crashed on the M6 near Knutsford.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of a crash between three HGV lorries on the M6 southbound between Junctions 20 and 19 on July, 8 just before 12.40pm.
One male driver died at the scene and another three people sustained what are believed to be minor injuries.

Travel monitors said one of the lorries involved had overturned.
The M6 section between the J20A Lymm interchange and J19 Northwich was closed by police in both directions for several hours after the crash.
The northbound carriageway reopened a short time later but the southbound road remained closed for several hours while an investigation into the crash took place.
ECHO readers expressed their sadness after police confirmed a man had died.

Dawn Paris said: "That’s made me really sad. I knew it was serious when I drove past. May he rest in peace xxx"

Police are appealing for witnesses following the crash.
