Man dies after police are called to house in Bonymaen

A 45-year-old man has died at a house in Bonymaen .

Officers from South Wales Police were called to Caerphilly Avenue at 4pm on Wednesday, December 4, following concerns for the man.

Paramedics also attended the scene but the 45-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police confirmed his death was not being treated as suspicious at this time.

A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said: "We attended a report at 4pm on Wednesday, December 4, in relation to concern for a man residing in Caerphilly Avenue, Bonymaen, Swansea.

"Despite the efforts of attending paramedics, and police, a 45-year-old man was later pronounced deceased at the scene.

"CID officers attended and are not treating the male's death as suspicious at this point in time."
