Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The 30-year-old is in the final year of his contract with the north London club and will be able to leave the Gunners on a free transfer in the summer.
According to a report from Fichajes, Lacazette possesses the qualities that will suit Pep Guardiola's system as he is not just a central striker, he can also link-up effectively with other attacking players as well as having a great work ethic.
City are in need of a focal point in their attack after missing out on Tottenham striker Harry Kane during the summer, and Lacazette could prove to be an inexpensive option considering his contract expires in June.
The Frenchman, who moved to the Emirates for £46.5million from Lyon in 2017 has scored 68 goals and registered 29 assists in 179 appearances for Arsenal.
However, City may face competition for his signature with West Ham, Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Newcastle all rumoured to be interested.
Meanwhile, City are also reportedly interested in signing Club Brugge forward Charles de Ketelaere according to Calciomercato.
The 20 year-old has enjoyed a good start to the season, scoring five goals and notching four assists across both domestic and European competition.
De Ketelaere failed to score during Brugge’s 4-1 defeat to City in the Champions League at the start of November, but did enough to impress Pep Guardiola with his display.
However, according to a report from Voetbal Krant the Belgian striker won’t push for a move away from the Jan Breydel Stadium in January.
Brugge will reportedly demand a Belgian record fee of £34 million to sell De Ketelaere.
