Manchester City's defence of the FA Cup got off to a routine start on Saturday, as Pep Guardiola's side eased past Port Vale in the third round of the competition.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis extended City 's lead shortly before the hour mark and Phil Foden added further gloss to the scoreline after tucking home Angelino's cross.
The trio of academy graduates all earned praise on social media and among them was Angelino , who has found things difficult at times since returning to the club in the summer from PSV Eindhoven.
Plenty of fans took the opportunity to heap praise upon Angelino for his performance, after he helped City secure their spot in Monday's FA Cup fourth-round draw.
