Man City condemn alleged racist abuse aimed at Antoine Semenyo after Everton fan arrested

  • Manchester City strongly condemned the alleged racist abuse towards Semenyo and also highlighted that Marc Guehi was subjected to vile racist social media posts after making a mistake that led to Everton’s first goal.
  • Both Manchester City and Everton issued statements, with City offering full support to Semenyo and Guehi, and Everton reiterating their zero-tolerance policy against racism and discrimination.
  • The arrested individual was bailed with conditions, including restrictions preventing him from attending designated sports stadiums during match times.
