
A man has been charged after a screwdriver stabbing at a Tesco Express in north London.
Paramedics treated a man in his 40s for minor injuries at the branch on Kilburn High Road just after 10am on Tuesday.
Leandro Bruce, 23, is accused of grievous bodily harm.
Bruce, formerly of Ulysses Road, Camden, appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court also charged with possession of a sharp pointed article in a public place and common assault against victim Saturday Idemudia.
Footage on social media shows a man wearing a gas mask being tackled by Tesco staff.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: “The investigation remains ongoing.”
She added: “On Tuesday, July 15 police were called at 10.07am to Kilburn High Road following reports that a man had been stabbed with a screwdriver.
“Met officers attended the scene alongside paramedics who treated a man in his 40s for minor injuries.
“Police on scene arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and for possession of a sharp pointed article in a public place.
“Leandro Bruce, 23, of no fixed address, was charged on Wednesday, July 16 with grievous bodily harm without intent, possession of a sharp pointed article in a public place and for common assault.”
