'Make it happen!' - Chelsea fans make transfer plea as Tammy Abraham pictured with starlet

Expectations at Chelsea have been tempered this season due to a transfer ban which has hamstrung Frank Lampard but that hasn't stopped fans hoping for big-name additions down the line.

Next summer should be a totally different story for Lampard, who will be looking to add quality to a squad which by then will be brimming with talent already.

It may have been an inconsistent start for Chelsea thus far but they sit fifth after back to back wins in the Premier League. Add a Champions League victory at Lille and things are starting to look bright, with the likes of Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount coming to the fore in particular.

But supporters will always be angling for the tasty signing which will excite and there are not many other players across Europe with more potential than Jadon Sancho.

The former Manchester City starlet broke onto the scene in Germany last season as he bagged 12 Bundesliga goals and 14 assists for Borussia Dortmund. The 19-year-old has three goals and five assists through seven league matches this term and naturally when he was pictured this week with Abraham whilst on England duty, tongues started wagging.

Abraham and Sancho are both good friends having grown up nearby each other in London before going to make it in the big time.

Whilst it was just an innocent photo for the pair, Chelsea fans took advantage of the opportunity to issue their transfer demands. Here is the best of the reaction below.
