Majority of big names for Redskins not in pads for game vs. Browns

Players not in pads:

Guice, Nicholson, Scherff, Moses, Roullier, Thompson, Allen, Kerrigan, Ioannidis, Dunbar, Norman, Collins, Sweat, Doctson.

Don’t see Richardson or Reed at all. May have stayed home. Possible I missed some, but that’s most of em.

As was expected, there are a number of players for the Washington Redskins who are not dressed down for the first preseason game of the year vs. the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night.

At the top of the list, running back Derrius Guice and Safety Landon Collins will rest, while tight end Jordan Reed will sit as well.

Continuing down the list, Montae Nicholson, Brandon Scherff, Morgan Moses and Montez Sweat will watch from the sidelines. It is not surprise that the majority of high-profile players will sit out, so it’s time to get ready to watch the young guys run.
