A major search operation has been launched to find a woman who has gone missing during worsening weather conditions in the Highlands.
Jacqueline Ullmer has not been seen since the early hours of this morning - and fast-flowing rivers and poor weather conditions are increasing police concerns.
The 60-year-old, from Carrbridge near Aviemore has failed to return home.
She is described as 5ft6inches in height, of slim build, ha brown medium length hair and believed wearing a blue jumper and blue jeans.
Jacqueline lives on Station Road, which backs on to the nearby River Dulnain.
Footage on social media shows fast-flowing water thundering down the river at the Old Packhorse Bridge.
The Met Office has issued a 15-hour weather warning for heavy downpours of rain for much of Scotland.
The yellow alert warned of torrential rain up until 3pm today, with the flooding of homes and businesses likely.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said officers "are becoming increasingly concerned for her given the poor weather conditions and the community will see an increase in Police and other Emergency Services in the area searching for her."
Anyone with information or sightings is urged to call police on 999 or 101, quoting incident number 1723 of Saturday, August 31.
Just before 4pm, the Cairngorm Mountain Rescue Team announced they were called out for a search.
They wrote on Twitter: "CMRT called out to search Carrbridge Woods for overdue walker. Updates to follow."
