INDORE: A 32-year-old man was killed in an accident in Ratlam on Friday late night. The deceased was identified as Jitendra Prajapat, 32, a resident of Dhadamgara, the police said.
The accident took place on Piploda road in Jaora in Ratlam district when Jitendra was returning home from his relative’s place with two of his friends.
A fast-moving car hit them from behind killing Jitendra and injuring two others- Babulal and Dinesh Kamji, the police said. The impact was so intense that Jitendra’s leg was severed from his body, police said.
The injured were rushed to a government health facility in an ambulance and Jitendra was declared dead, police said. The injured were later shifted to Ratlam.
