‘Mad’, ‘evil beyond belief’, ‘nuts’: New Jeffrey Epstein emails give his private take on Donald Trump

They say that evil recognizes evil, and what better proof of that than the modern era’s sexual bogeyman Jeffrey Epstein’s take on his former close friend, Donald Trump. Washington is currently reeling from a fresh tranche of Epstein’s emails that have been made public, with several of them landing Trump in hot water.

But one of the most telling gives Epstein’s private assessment of Trump himself. In March 2018, just over a year before his death, Epstein was chatting away with New York Times financial journalist Landon Thomas Jr.

It’s safe to say the pair seem on good terms as they discuss the first Trump presidency, with Epstein offering Thomas a “photso [sic] of donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen”. Huh, wonder where that photo is now…?

Anyway, Thomas Jr sent Epstein a message:

“He is scaring the s**t out of me now. He could well tank global economy. Can [Tom] Barrack talk sense to him anymore? Maybe it’s time for you to jump in now. Given how he is throwing caution to wind in such epic fashion, why wouldn’t he take your call? Give it a shot!”

Epstein replies:

“he feels alone. and is nuts !!! , I told everyone from day one. evil beyond belief. mad, and most thought i was speaking metaphorically. its obvious he could crack. stormy daniels. ? lies after lies aflter lies”

You could argue that Jeffrey Epstein deeming you “evil beyond belief” isn’t the worst thing in the world for Trump. After all, in a certain twisted logic, maybe an evil person calling you evil means you’re actually good?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t really work that way. And anyway, Epstein doesn’t think Trump is evil and nuts because of any gross sex stuff with underage girls, he thinks it because he’s scared he’s going to destabilize the financial system that’s let him amass a ridiculous amount of wealth and power.

This is only a preview

What’s clear is that Epstein knew Trump better than almost anyone, which makes sense given their long friendship. While the White House remains in full denial mode, we should remember that these emails are only a tease of the full “Epstein files”, which are now closer than ever to being released now that the shutdown is over.

Trump and his staff are still determined to stop this, indicating that they know full well there’s some more deeply damaging material in there about Epstein and Trump. Can it really get worse than it already is? You betcha! There’s always more, and it’s always grosser!
