With the weather finally improving this weekend, it’s got us thinking about updating our wardrobe - and M&S shoppers claim they’ve found the perfect summer dress that’s comfortable and stylish.
M&S reposted fashion influencer Sammy Duder (@theturquoiseflamingo) wearing the dress on Instagram to their 2 million followers, and since then, the post has gained over 7,000 likes and over 200 comments with fans loving the dress.
With an eye-catching print and textured pure cotton fabric, the £45 dress is made for those hot summer days. It boasts a flattering square neckline and a flattering shirred bodice while deep tiers give fullness to the midaxi-lengt skirt. Frilled trims at the neck and three-quarter sleeves add a romantic finishing touch.
The dress comes in two patterns, however the ‘ivory mix’ is almost completely sold out due to it being so popular.
We love how versatile the dress is, as it can be paired with some casual white trainers or sandals for a casual daytime look, or dress it up with a pair of heels for the perfect wedding guest outfit.
Sammy showcased three different floral dresses from M&S’s summer range including the two Pure Cotton Printed Shirred Midaxi Dresses in both prints, as well as this Floral V-Neck Midi Waisted Dress which is also priced at £45.
The influencer created the perfect holiday look, pairing the dresses with these leather strappy statement sandals and a straw tote bag which is ideal for a trip to the beach.
The summer dress received plenty of glowing reviews from customers too, with one shopper saying: “Absolutely love it ...feminine and just falls beautifully ... plus subtle colours and good quality.”
