Lydia Bright teaches fans ‘lip flip trick’ - with the results and star looking ‘beautiful’

If you’ve been wanting to achieve a fuller-looking pout without the pain, former TOWIE star Lydia Bright has been showing fans on her TikTok account just how she cheats the ‘lip flip’ by using just four products - and prices start from just £4.99!

Captioning the video “lip flip trick - thank me later”, it’s nearly been watched by 1,000 and counting - and endless comments saying how “gorgeous” and “beautiful” she’s looking!

Starting with an eyeshadow brush, she dips it lightly into the iconic Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Bronzer in Medium and uses that for a ‘shadow’ technique, focusing on her top lip - and especially the cupid’s bow and slightly to the side. She blends the product out and applies more where necessary.

Then, using a MAC Cosmetics Lipliner in Strip Down, she fills in her lip line - but draws definition straight down the middle of her top and bottom lip - creating another form of shadow and fuller looking pout!

Finishing the look, Lydia opts for AVON’s new Hydramatic Matte Lipstick with a Hydrating Hyaluronic Core in Mauve.

The result? Lydia Bright’s lips look fuller with not a single needle in sight!

If you too are addicted to TikTok like we are, you’ll have seen the latest trend going viral - with many beauty addicts showing their version of the look, and we’re loving Lydia’s!

It’s no wonder why so many people are interested in the products used and want to create the look themselves - without the cost!

Should you want to achieve the look at your local clinic, we spoke to Dr Rasha at the Dr Rasha Clinic in Mayfair - where prices start from £400 for the lip flip.

Dr Rasha said: “When we use half a millilitre of New Generation Filler on a client, the results are a very, natural lip filling. We want to just enhance the natural shape that everyone has - and the ‘lip flip’ technique will make yours look less saggy as it fills in the lines and makes the boarders look more crisp. As for the results? You won’t look unnatural - you shouldn’t be able to tell that you’ve even had filler at all!

Even if you opt for a full millilitre, there’s slightly more filler to play around with, but the results will be the same - I can just upturn the corners of the mouth, define the cupids bow and add more shape.

I place the filler really carefully, minimising any migration of the product. By using New Generation Filler, the product stretches more.

Back in the day, traditional filler wouldn’t move with your mouth - making it more obvious. It’s also a harder filler - but New Generation is more malleable, it’s very natural. By placing it carefully, I reduce the look of it looking ‘bumpy’ or ‘lumpy’. I also offer a follow-up service where I will massage the lips.”

What do you think? Have you tried the ‘lip flip’ trick at home? Or are you keen to try it for yourself after Lydia’s video? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
