LUCKNOW: A 40-year-old man, Lalit Rastogi, was found dead in a hotel room in Gomtinagar on Wednesday evening. Police claimed it to be a suicide and also recovered a note from his room.he victim was a medical representative and a native of Bahraich.
SHO Gomtinagar, Dinesh Chandra Mishra said that the victim came to Lucknow on Tuesday and was staying in a hotel in Patrakarpuram area.
On Wednesday when the victim didn’t come out for a check out, a staff went to check on him and knocked the door. When they didn't get any response, they informed the police, which reached the spot and broke open the door to find Rastogi hanging from the fan.
