Love Island viewers fume as Andre and Charlotte are brutally dumped from the villa

Love Island viewers are in shock after tonight's episode which saw Charlotte and Andre dumped from the villa.

The brutal dumping came after the public were given the power to vote for their favourite couple – but the Islanders had the final say in a shock twist that saw Andre and Charlotte pack their bags just two weeks into the show.

The three boys with the fewest votes and who were left vulnerable were Andre, Zach and Sammy.

While Charlotte, Leah, and Catherine were in the bottom three of the girls.

The 'safe' Islanders were left to choose who should stay and which boy and girl should be sent home.

Due to the fact Molly and Jess wanted to get to know Zach and Sammy more, they decided to send home Andre, while the boys decided that Charlotte's time was up.

The Islanders were all gathered round the firepit when Molly received a text which said: "The public have been voting for their favourite boy and their favourite girl.

"Those with the fewest votes are at risk of being dumped from the island tonight."

Sadly, Andre and Charlotte were chosen as the unlucky ones to leave, but viewers at home were left fuming by the islanders decision.

"Andre should have stayed. Zach should have been sent packing," one complained.

"They honestly chose the wrong people to send home. Leah should have went," another shared.

While another viewer complained: "Ugh they made the wrong choices."

Before Andre and Charlotte's exit, George was the first Islander to be sent packing after just one week, while Ruchee left the villa on Wednesday.

Love Island continues tonight at 9PM on ITV2 and ITVX.
