Love Island viewers have branded Jake Cornish as 'fake' after he asked Liberty Poole to be his girlfriend.
The water engineer asked Liberty to be his girlfriend on Friday night and even presented her with a special bracelet.
However, fans were quick to call him out after Liberty told him she loved him and he didn't say those three words back.
Many believe the 24-year-old isn't genuine about the relationship and questioned how he already had a special bracelet for her.
"Bruh!! he didn’t even want to sit next to her, he didn’t say I love you back, the producers told him to do this fake a** gesture!!!" one concerned viewer fumed.
"Ur expecting me to believe JAKE bought bracelets before the show??? Please #loveisland Liberty recouple in casa amor I beg of you."
Another took to Twitter and wrote: "Unpopular opinion but Millie and Liam are the only genuine couple in there, I hope they work and I hope Liberty finds someone better than Jake. He’s so fake."
"I don’t want Liberty to get hurt but Jake needs to sway in casa amor so this fake relationship doesn’t follow her out the villa," one fan said.
"Jake is so obviously not into lib hes so fake," a viewer tweeted.
Jake planned for the special moment and told the boys about it on the sun deck, saying: "I think it's maybe time to take the plunge and put a label on it."
He later treated the Nando's waitress to her favourite meal of spaghetti bolognese.
After the romantic dinner, the two were sat on the beanbags and Jake brought out one black bracelet and a white one, both with magnets on them.
It symbolised them "always gravitating towards one another".

Liberty happily said to him: 'I've never connected with someone the way I have with you, ever.
"All cards on the table, I don't think I really knew what love was until I met you", before she said the three words.
Jake then told her: "I feel like I've found the one. Will you be my girlfriend?"
After the two made it official, he stood up from the bean bag without helping Liberty up and went straight to the boys for a hug.
With Casa Amor round the corner, fans fear his head may be turned.
