This year's Love Island contestants have been getting three coronavirus tests a day so that they can freely kiss.
The narrator, Iain Stirling, revealed what ITV2 does to ensure the cast and crew are protected throughout the series.
Before the Islanders were even allowed to walk into the villa, they had to isolate for two weeks.
During last night's episode, Kaz Kamwi complained to the girls about how little affection she gets from Toby Aromolaran.
Meanwhile, Toby was opening up about how he felt about Kaz with the boys.

"I'm in this situation where I want to cuddle and I want to spoon, I want to do all of that," he told PE teacher Hugo Hammond and Aaron Francis.
"But I don't know if doing that right now gives her the wrong impression."
During a confessional in the Beach Hut, Toby admitted he wants him and Kaz to be 'tested.'
"I want to see how Kaz reacts as well to a boy coming in and saying 'I want no-one else but you Kaz'," he said. "Cuz I think that's, like a deal-breaker as well, in a sense."

Iain then narrated: "Toby wants to be tested? You're getting a lateral flow three times a day, you ungrateful oaf."
Iain's wife and the show's presenter, Laura Whitmore, previously explained how the contestants had been in a 'bubble' together before entering the villa.
They all had to isolate together for two weeks.
Before the series started at the beginning of this week, a source explained how the cast had to quarantine.
"Bosses are finalising who goes into the villa on the launch show right now," an insider told The Sun previously.

"Everyone's really excited - it's going to be the best series yet as they have some really interesting islanders lined up for the villa."
The strict regulations the show went through has proven worthy as the Islanders amp up the drama.
Two new boys - Chuggs and Liam - have entered the villa following Shannon Singh suddenly departing.
Chloe Burrows, the bombshell, walked in and ended up choosing Shannon's man Aaron Francis.
However, Aaron has taken a liking to Sharon Gaffka and even shared a sneaky kiss with her on last night's episode.
Love Island airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
