Shaughna Phillips has revealed she's dropped down to a size 10 after adjusting to her new celebrity status.
The Love Island star, 25, shared a throwback snap of her as a teenager next to a recent picture of herself looking slim and toned in a bikini.
She told her fans about her weight loss journey during an Instagram Q&A
The brunette beauty was taking questions on In The Style's Instagram just minutes after she was unveiled as their new 'Boss Lady' ambassador.
After fans asked about the sizes in her new range, Shaughna was quick to mention: "It was really important for me to cater to all sizes as possible so the range does go from size six - 24."
She added: "I didn't want to call it plus size or curvy because a size is a size."
Outspoken Shaughna wrote on Instagram: "Me pre love island > Me post love island. Well not quite... but that’s how I felt!
"Feels so good to be back training regularly and eating the right foods again, mainly for my physical health, but now more than ever for my mental health!"
She continued: "It’s so easy to fall into a bit of a 'funk' when we can’t do much, keep your mind ticking over and try and get some fresh air each day, your mind is your best weapon.
"As Akon once said 'I CAN’T WAIT TO GET OUT AND MOVE FORWARD WITH MY LIIIFFEEEEEEEE'."
Shaughna recently celebrated her own InTheStyle launch in isolation.
It was all glitz and glamour at her home complete with a three tier cake and an array of balloons on Saturday.
InTheStyle balloons filled with confetti were floating in her room as Shaughna unveiled her new clothing collection.
The Winter Love Island star was elated to share her new project with fans - from her home on Instagram over the weekend.
In the current UK lockdown amid coronavirus, Shaughna had to keep herself for company while she celebrated her collection.
She wrote: "Congrats hun... never thought I’d be saying that to myself but I am SO excited to announce that I am the new @inthestyle girl!
"My brand new work from home edit drops 6pm TOMORROW!!!"
In her lengthy message, Shaughna admitted she backtracked on a huge summer collection following the pandemic.
