She's been on our screens since 2001, so when it comes to being a reality TV favourite Gemma Collins knows what she's talking about.
The TOWIE icon known as 'The GC' has served up some sound advice after she saw an unseen clip from the ITV2 dating show of Amy Hart doing a hilarious impression of her.
"So funny this morning when my hair was all like nice and fresh, I put these on and was like I actually look like the GC," said Amy, putting on a pair of sunglasses.
Air hostess Amy then treated her fellow Islanders including Anna Vakili to her best 'GC' impression of The Only Way Is Essex star when she was in the Celebrity Big Brother house - and Gemma clearly loved it.
"Go on GEWLS," cheered Gemma on Instagram about the clip screened on Love Island's Unseen Bits tonight.
She urged the ladies to enjoy their time on the show, set in Mallorca, but also "stay away from the hangers-on."
"Wishing you all the best, she said.
"Keep it real enjoy and most of all when you come out surround yourself with your family and only people you can trust.
"Enjoy the trappings of fame but most of all don’t become anyone else but you keep it real.
"Stay away from the hangers on I've been there seen it and got the teeshirt."
Gemma, who starred on Dancing On Ice earlier this year, then signed off with the words: "GC gives her advice on fame."

Meanwhile Gemma has been spotted enjoying a romantic break with her on-off boyfriend James 'Arg' on the remote island of Isola Bella in Sicily.
The pair were seen jumping on a rubber dingy before having fun on jetskis, and they affectionately held onto one another as they walk across the pebbled beach.
