Love Island narrator Iain Stirling casually dropped in the show's end date on Sunday night's episode.
More than a month has passed since the beginning of the seventh series of the dating show and viewers now know exactly when the show will conclude.
But as the drama continues to unfold in the villa, it seems as though some fans have simply had enough and are wanting it to be over already.
During a voiceover a clip of Dale and Mary's discussion about how quickly they're moving, Scottish comedian Iain joked: "Mary wants to take things slowly with Dale.
"Mary, you've got all the time in the world. And by all the time in the world, I do mean Monday the 23rd of August. After which, you're out on your ear."
And the casual date drop wasn't missed by fans on Twitter.

While some fans commented that the series was flying by and they didn't want it to end, others were more than ready for the show to be put to bed.
One fan wrote: "I can't have this show go on till the 23rd can we just send everyone home now #loveisland"
Another put: "23rd? There’s still TWO more weeks of this? They should just end it next week tbh #loveisland"
And a third commented: "Did that man say the 23rd AUGUST?! Nah wrap this show up ASAP #loveIsland"
The end date will see the show conclude after 49 episodes for the third series in a row, but some fans are adamant producers are dragging it out too long.
Another user said: "The show doesn’t end until the 23rd this year.. wtf are they gonna do until then seen as everyone seems settled #LoveIsland"
The date of the final episode had been speculated for some time, with ITV seemingly dropping a huge hint at the end of July.

The previous "announcement" came after the explosive drama in Casa Amor that brought the series to life.
A competition for viewers appeared to reveal the final date as winners had the chance to win a seat at the exclusive final viewing party .
And now it's confirmed to be two weeks away, fans will be interested to see what twists and turns are left in store.
Despite calling it a day with Teddy following her explosive outburst, fans watching Love Island Aftersun on Sunday saw a regretful Faye.
Speaking with Millie, the fiery beauty showed remorse for her actions.
She said: "I feel bad and I feel like s**t that I blew up the way I did, and I am sorry for what I done."
Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9PM on ITV2
