Love Island: Bombshell Sammy creates chaos in villa as Scots model Ella greets him at hideaway

Love Island was back on Thursday night, as the Islanders took part in the 'dares' game,. It sparked some tension between the couples as Molly admitted she was "baffled" following new arrival Zach giving her a kiss during the challenge.

And the tensions in the villa got even higher when a new bombshell arrived in Mallorca, the third of the series despite being less than a week into the ITV show. The hideaway was officially opened and newbie project manager Sammy made a beeline for the girls.

The 22-year-old got to pick three dates as he entered the villa, and Scots model Ella was his first choice as the Glasgow beauty met him in the hot tub confessing that she "likes a cheeky guy."

Sammy then controversially picked musical theatre performer Molly, who we previously reported seems to be 'loved up' already with her match from day one, gas engineer Mitch. But the 21-year-old admitted in tonight's show she "absolutely wasn't closed off."

Molly even burst into tears to fellow islander Ruchee as she said: "I find it hard to explain how I feel, I go with the flow and I'm definitely not claimed but I don't like to hurt people."

Meeting Sammy on the terrace, Molly said she was "chuffed to bits" to have been picked for one of the three dates. However, back in the villa, Mitch didn't appear happy as he glared at her as she strutted out of the villa in her bikini to meet Sammy.

Later on, it was revealed that Sammy's third date was Jess who had been desperately waiting for a match having not struck a connection with her original partner, business development executive George Fensom.

Meanwhile, Jess was beyond excited to have been picked for the third date, as she gushed: "F****g hell you are tall," referencing the Sammy's 6ft stature.

Tomorrow, Molly confronts Mitch over feeling 'closed off' to meeting other people and is met with an abrupt response from the gas engineer.

Mitch says in tomorrow night's show: "I am not going to put in the effort if I see I am not getting the same back.

Love Island continues on ITV2 and ITVX each weeknight at 9pm.
