Lorraine Kelly left fans scratching their head after she posted a picture of her coronavirus vaccine card.
The 61-year-old TV show host praised the work of "cheery" NHS staff after she had the Oxford/AstraZeneca injection.
After revealing she felt "relieved" for having the jab, she urged her fans on Twitter to get vaccinated too.
She proudly told her 630,000 followers: "Vaccinated! So relieved! Easy peasy - didn’t feel a thing - thanks so much to all the cheery volunteers and NHS staff who made it SO simple!!
"Please please get vaccinated!! We are so lucky to have the opportunity Xxx."
But as she posed holding her vaccination card for the snap, fans noticed something unusual.
Instead of it reading 'Lorraine Kelly' as we know and love her, it said 'Lorraine Smith' and understandably, fans were baffled.
One person said: "I had no idea your current surname was Smith!! My full name is Lauren Kelly & I’ve been called Lorraine Kelly (or LK today!!!) my entire life, my partner's surname is Smith so I may also end up a smith one day. Twinning."
Lorraine joked: "I am your evil twin."
Another said: "Genuinely never even thought about you having a surname until I saw this."
Someone else replied: "Me too - my brain couldn’t cope with it."
One user wrote: "Lorraine Smith lol how original" to which the star replied: "Smith is my married name."
Lorraine tied the knot with TV cameraman husband Steve Smith in 1992.
