Look: Rams sponsor service dog named Cooper Pupp for a good cause

The Los Angeles Rams welcomed another member of the team to OTAs on Tuesday, one with more hair than Clay Matthews and more legs than everyone on the 90-man roster. His name is Cooper Pupp and he’s a sponsored service dog.

Gary Klein of the L.A. Times shared a photo of the dog, who the Rams adopted last month from the Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control.

They didn’t adopt him to run routes like his human counterpart, though.

Instead, he’ll be trained by a non-profit organization called Shelter to Soldier, which helps provide service dogs for veterans.

Fans suggested names for the canine and after voting concluded, Cooper Pupp rightfully came out on top.

On Tuesday, Pupp met Kupp after practice.

For more on Cooper Pupp and how the Rams came to adopting him, check out this video.
