Look Mum No Computer announces birth of baby ahead of Eurovision

  • Sam Battle, the UK's entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest, has announced the birth of his baby, Max.
  • Battle, who performs under the name Look Mum No Computer, shared the news on social media on Friday, posting a photo of the newborn.
  • He posted a message saying: “Speak soon everyone. Max born today happy healthy Back on it soon. Take care.”
  • BBC Eurovision and Belgian entrant Essyla are among the accounts to have congratulated him on Instagram.
  • Battle is scheduled to perform his song “Eins, Zwei, Drei” at the 70th edition of Eurovision in Vienna, Austria, in mid-May.
