There was no service between Waterloo and Finchley Road earlier on Monday morning. As of 11.30am, the service was operating fully again but with severe delays.
Meanwhile the Hammersmith & City service was also suffering severe delays following a trespasser on the line in the Paddington area, which earlier caused major disruption on the Elizabeth line.
It comes as two 24-hour walkouts by RMT Tube workers are set to cause travel misery over four days starting on Tuesday.
