Livingston's home Premiership clash with Hamilton expected to be postponed due to weather

Livingston's SPFL Premiership clash at home to Hamilton Accies this evening is expected to be postponed due to heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures in West Lothian.

Heavy snow over the past couple of days in the area has led to the snow being over a foot deep in some places in and around the Tony Macaroni Arena.

Efforts have been underway since this morning to clear pitch but with temperatures having reached as low as -9 overnight, it is understood that the game will be called off.

Livingston had been hoping for a return to winning ways after St Johnstone ended their 14-game unbeaten run at the weekend. Their next clash is away to Dundee United on Saturday.
