Liverpool XI vs Real Madrid: Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for Champions League today

Diogo Jota starts alongside Mohamed Salah and Cody Gakpo up front for Liverpool as they face Real Madrid today.

A largely first-choice lineup put in a miserable performance against Bournemouth at the weekend that served as a worrying build-up to their attempt at a Bernabeu miracle.

Real’s three-goal lead in the last-16 tie will require Liverpool to put in a complete performance at both ends in the Spanish capital.
