Liverpool fixtures for Premier League 2019-20 season: Full schedule with dates

Liverpool will begin their Premier League campaign on a Friday night against Norwich City at Anfield after the fixtures for the 2019-20 season were confirmed on Thursday.

Jurgen Klopp's side enjoyed a competitive and, indeed, successful past campaign after taking Manchester City all the way to the final day of the season in the Premier League title race but, ultimately, still missing out by a point.

The Reds did, however, follow up their failed Premier League title challenge by winning the Champions League - the club's sixth European Cup - with a 2-0 victory over Tottenham in Madrid.

Klopp will now target more success next season but, before that, he will look to strengthen his squad - although the German is expected to make only minor tweaks to his team rather than go on a spending spree this summer.
