Liverpool FC fans hit back at conspiracy theory after Kyle Walker Man City red card decision

Kyle Walker was lucky to escape a red card in the first half of Man City's FA Cup semi-final against Brighton and Liverpool fans are not happy about it. Not for the first time.

Walker was seeing the ball out of play on the goal line when Brighton's Alireza Jahanbakhsh's put him under pressure and the pair fell to the floor.

As they fell it appeared as if Jahanbakhsh stamped on the back of Walker, which the City right-back didn't take too kindly to.

He got to his feet and went head-to-head with Jahanbakhsh and pushed his into the face of the Seagulls winger.

Referee Antony Taylor was quickly over to stop the altercation and booked Walker for his actions but then the decision went to VAR.

It was a tense wait, for Walker especially, as the call was verified by the video assistant referee but it came to the conclusion that it wasn't a red card.

And Liverpool fans used it to hit back at fans who claim they're given a helping hand by referee decisions.

Can't. Never.

See Salah's offside?

What a joke
