The ever-dependable No.7 has been a reliable addition to Jurgen Klopp's squad since making the move from Man City in 2015 on a free transfer.
Since his arrival Milner has displayed his wide-ranging versatility and has been an option at left-back for the German coach.
Liverpool fan, James Cutler, unveiled the banner - which is a perfect tribute to the Kop icon - on social media.
The impressive all-red banner with gold font reads: "The best things in life are free.

The flag also features six golden stars to represent each of Liverpool's European Cup triumphs.
