It’s rare for any NFL superstar to change teams while he’s still playing at a high level. It’s even more rare for one to sign with a division rival. That’s exactly what’s happened with Gerald McCoy this month, though.
After playing nine years for the NFC South rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers, McCoy signed a one-year deal with the Carolina Panthers and so will get to face his old team twice a year. To hear McCoy tell it though, he has no bad blood for the Bucs and only has positive things to say about the organization that drafted him. Listen.
