Detroit Lions safety Andrew Adams intercepted Houston Texans backup quarterback Joe Webb in the red zone late in the second quarter of their preseason matchup.
Adams played for the Tampa Bay Bucs last season, where he had four interceptions and nine passes defended. He looks to be picking up right where he left off last season.
The play came shortly after another Lions safety — rookie Will Harris — recovered a fumble and took it for a touchdown.
The Lions trail the Texans, 17-10, at halftime.
