- His death came shortly after he returned from Ukraine, where he had met with President Volodymyr Zelensky .
- Following his passing, a 2022 C-SPAN interview clip of Mr Graham, an ally of Donald Trump, has resurfaced.
- In the clip, he called for Russian President Vladimir Putin to be 'taken out' or sent to the Hague.
- Mr Graham also urged the Russian people to 'rise up and end this reign of terror'.
