- Despite being listed for only nine days, the “unique” property has attracted significant online interest, receiving eight times more than the expected views for a popular listing per day.
- Shelby Ebbitt, sales manager at William H Brown, said the club is a “well-established” business that had come to market because its owners are retiring, saying its a “great investment for someone”.
- However, the property’s high price point and a lull during the school holidays means interest has thus far been limited, despite it being popular online. “I don’t think people will want to view it with children,” Ms Ebbitt said.
