Lily Allen and David Harbour have reportedly put their New York City townhouse on the market.
The 40-year-old pop star split from the Stranger Things actor in February after four years of marriage and Allen has since lifted the lid on the collapse of the relationship in candid lyrics on her new album West End Girl - and a new report suggests the former couple has now put their Brooklyn brownstone up for sale.
The Sun newspaper reports the house - which was featured in a spread in Architectural Digest magazine in 2023 - was put on the market for $8 million over the weekend (25-26.10.25) just days after the singer released her new album.
The publication states the pair bought the property back in 2020 for $3.3 million and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars renovating the space.
The property listing is said to describe the home as a "layered narrative of traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities and rich Italian influence".
It features five bedrooms, a gym and a sauna and plunge pool in the private backyard.
Allen moved to New York with her two daughters, Ethel and Marnie, from a previous relationship to start a new life in the US with Harbour following their wedding in Las Vegas in 2020.
In a recent interview with Perfect magazine, Allen admitted the end of her marriage is "really sad", and she finds it hard not being with her "person".
She said: "I don’t know what I can say. Two people who were once together are not together. And that’s really sad.
"It’s hard. It’s hard for me to not have my person, you know? And I am quite a codependent person.
"And I find it difficult to lean on the people who are available to me when I’m missing the comfort and stability of what is not available to me."
The singer recently explained that she continues to feel “compassion” for her ex, telling told Vogue magazine: “There were lots of good things. My kids had an amazing experience living in America for five years, and I have a lot of compassion for my ex-husband. I think we all suffer."
