Liam Sheedy and Donal Og Cusack both agree that the rule that doesn't allow teams to bring hurleys on to the pitch when they arrive at Croke Park is "silly".
The GAA do not permit players to bring hurleys onto the field of play when they initially arrive at the Dublin venue, a decision which Cusack blasted on The Sunday Game.
He asked on RTE's live coverage of the All-Ireland hurling final: "How can you stop a hurler bringing a hurley on to Croke Park? I just can't comprehend it."

Sheedy agreed, saying: "It's a petty rule and whoever invented it never played the game. It is silly.
"I often hear about players and they say they had a game of keepie uppie at half two or quarter to three in the build-up to an All-Ireland final and it relaxed them.
"To say you can't bring your hurley on is a little bit ridiculous."
