What can I expect from LG this Black Friday?
Simply put, deals. Last year, they did have discount codes, but the only code they had running through Black Friday was a 26% off LG fridge air filters pack. However, they had thousands off appliances, TV's and vacuums, so the high cost items are where you'll see the most savings.
When do LG's Black Friday discounts start?
In 2024, LG started its Black Friday push in November, with deals ranging from 45% off vacuums and air care, a huge $2,000 off OLED TVs, and £400 off LG fridge bundles. It's safe to say they cater to Black Friday discount seekers throughout the month.
Does LG offer free shipping?
Yes, LG offers free shipping on most orders, this includes appliances, TVs, and electronics. For small parts and accessories, there tends to be a shipping charge that you will see at the checkout.
Does LG offer a repair service?
Yes, they do. LG offers a repair service for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products. If your product is no longer under warranty there will be a charge. To request a repair, head to the “request a repair” page on the LG website.
What is the LG returns policy?
LG has a couple of different return policies. For vacuum and laptop products, you can return your order within 30 calendar days after you’ve received it. For all other LG products, you can return your order within the first 15 calendar days after it’s been delivered. Returns of times that aren't damaged or defective will be subject to an 8% restocking fee. If however, you’re returning a product that came to you damaged, it must be reported within 5 days of it being received. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all the items and accessories they came with.
