Lewis Capaldi party set to honour Scots singer at Ayr nightclub

He's the man of the moment.

Now Lewis Capaldi's fans are being urged to dress like the man himself - and gain free access to a nightclub honouring his greatness.

Scotland's new king of pop has taken the charts by storm with his debut album, Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent.

And the Someone You Loved star is being celebrated by Ayr club Fury's, who will grant free access to clubbers in "sh*te sunglasses and bathrobes".

Capaldi has become famed for his hilarious social media clips, featuring his now legendary get-up.

And fans just can't get enough of his random posts which show-off his wicked brand of comedy.

The Fury's night will also serve up "Capaldi Cocktails" as part of its "Big Fat Sexy Jungle Cat Party" tomorrow night.

And they're even hoping the man himself may decide to make a surprise appearance.

Club boss, Steven Muir, said: "There's no doubt Lewis is the man of the moment and has stayed so grounded despite all of his success.

"He is a great laugh and represents everything that our 'Skint Thursday' nights are all about...having fun.

"We thought it was important to show appreciation for all he's done for the Scottish music scene.

"And we know he likes to turn up unannounced so who knows, maybe he'll arrive to serve the odd Venom to punters in Ayr."

Fury's is based at Nile Court in Ayr.
